Race Day What time does the race start? The 5K race starts at 9am.  The kids’ fun run starts at 8:15am.  Race day registration begins at 7:30am. Where should participants park on the day of the event? There are two parking lots available, the parking lot by the pool and the overflow lot adjacent to the start of the race and both fill up quickly. No park permits are required to park in the lots the day of the race. When parking lots are full, additional parking is available on Heather Lane and Alpine Road. The Sprint for Monroe is guaranteed to be a fun community and family event for all those participating. Please keep in mind this important information on the day of the race. The race starts and ends at Wolfe Park. Participants are asked to please come dressed for the race. Restroom facilities are located at the main gathering site of the event and are asked not to be used as changing rooms. The USATF Certified Course #CT97036DR* located at Wolfe Park consists of a gentle terrain. There is a water station just before mile 2 on the course. This special silver anniversary event will take place on June 4, 2017! Online registration is now closed for the Sprint for Monroe.  Join us on Friday, June 2 from 6pm to 8pm at Wolfe Park to register at early packet pickup, or on race day beginning at 7:30am.  Registration is $30 and only cash or check can be accepted.
